You don't have to have it all figured out. You can simply arrive as you are.
Hi, I'm Krisha Gala (she/her). I offer a warm, collaborative and individualized therapeutic space for adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families navigating emotional, behavioural, relationship and life challenges.
A therapeutic space where you can be understood without having to explain everything perfectly.
Therapy begins with meeting you where you are.
I know that reaching out for therapy can come with a hundred questions, a pinch of hesitation and a whole lot of courage. So, before anything else, thank you for being here.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, questioning your worth, or finding it difficult to navigate your relationships, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.
Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and reconnect with yourself in ways that feel meaningful and authentic to you.
You don't have to arrive with the right words. You don't have to have it all figured out. You can simply arrive as you are.
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy across India and internationally, in English, Hindi and Gujarati, and work with individuals, couples and families.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals from India, the UK, US, UAE, Canada, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Poland, Hungary, South Africa, New Zealand and other parts of Europe.
These experiences have deepened my understanding of how culture, family, relationships, identity and social context can shape the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.
Personal. Collaborative. Human.
Therapy is not something done to you, but something we co-create. Your experiences, needs, goals, personality, relationships and pace all matter.
Without assumptions.
I meet you with empathy and genuine interest, creating space to understand your experiences without reducing you to labels or diagnoses.
We figure it out together.
We work towards goals that matter to you while regularly checking in with what feels helpful, what is changing and what you may need along the way.
Direction without rushing.
Therapy should have direction, but it doesn't have to be rushed. Meaningful change can happen at a pace that feels right for you.
I don't fit you into a therapy model.
As an Eclectic and Integrative Practitioner rooted in a Humanistic Approach, I work with the understanding that every individual is different and that therapy needs to be shaped around the person, not the other way around.
I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including EFIT, Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, ACT, SFBT, CBT, DBT and Trauma-Informed Care.
Some sessions may involve understanding long-standing emotional or relationship patterns. Others may focus on processing difficult emotions, developing practical coping strategies, exploring your sense of self, or experimenting with healthier ways of responding to yourself and others.
There may be moments of reflection, difficult conversations, learning — and sometimes even moments of creativity and lightness.
AT THE
CENTRE
A flexible therapeutic toolkit.
Different people. Different stories. Different needs.
I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families navigating emotional, behavioural, relationship and life challenges.
Adolescents
A space to explore identity, self-worth, relationships, academic and career expectations, emotional experiences and growing independence — without feeling judged, rushed or defined by a label.
Young Adults & Adults
Support with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, emotional dysregulation, overthinking, self-doubt, low self-esteem, grief, anger, life transitions, identity exploration and personal growth.
Couples
I support couples navigating communication difficulties, recurring conflicts, trust concerns, emotional disconnection and attachment-related patterns that can leave both partners feeling stuck or misunderstood.
Families
Family therapy can create space for members to express themselves, listen to one another and better understand the emotions and patterns shaping their relationships.
LGBTQIA+ Affirmative & Inclusive
Diverse identities, expressions, relationships and lived experiences are respected, affirmed and welcomed without judgment.
A space to hear yourself again.
Therapy can be a space to pause when everything feels too loud. A space to understand emotions you've been carrying for a long time. A space to reconnect with parts of yourself you may have lost touch with.
You don't have to be “okay” all the time. You don't have to hold everything together. And you don't have to justify why something is difficult for you.
Through reflection, emotional exploration, creativity and greater awareness of your inner experiences, our work together can support you in experiencing yourself differently, reconnecting with who you are and reclaiming your voice.
Therapy can work in much the same way. It is not only about understanding ourselves intellectually, but also about experiencing and practicing new ways of being, responding and relating.
My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel heard without having to perform, understood without having to explain everything perfectly and supported without losing your sense of independence.
Continually learning is part of the work.
My experience in clinical practice, teaching, research, training, workshops and community-based initiatives continues to enrich my perspective, allowing me to bring together psychological knowledge, real-world experience and a deeper understanding of the contexts in which people navigate their lives.
Professional experience grounded in people, practice and learning.
Perhaps this can be a place where you begin.
If you're looking for a space where there are no roles to play, no masks to wear, and no expectation to have it all figured out, perhaps this can be a place where you begin. I look forward to meeting you — one story, one step at a time.
You don't have to have it all figured out. You can simply arrive as you are.
